Problem exporting from sandbox

Hello, I’ve come to ask for a little help because I’m having trouble understanding what’s going on.
I’m using 3DSmax and exporting a scene in GLB to the sandbox, everything is fine.

But when I save the project from the sandbox itself:

  • in Babylon format I get an out of memory

  • in GLB the file saves well and seems to have the right filesize, but when I open it I only get an hdrskybox, with nothing visible in it (objects are in the explorer only)

Am I missing something?

We may need more info like the file you are trying to export to help here

It’s a GLB file of about 800mb with the maps (about 200mb for the geometry) that I import on sandbox and that works very well.

It’s when I export it from the sandbox to GLB again and reopen it that I run into the problem.

The hierarchy of objects is present, but there doesn’t seem to be anything in the scene.

Any error in the console while exporting?

Console of my browser or another? Otherwise nothing special ;(

yes the f12 console

Yeah I was afraid of that. We need a repro:(

I share the scene you can import into the sandbox. This is the one that works.
It’s once you’ve saved it in the sandbox that it stops working.

I’ll investigate, but I’m curious why you need such a large GLB. It’s 1GB…

How are you exporting to the glb? I am unable to repro your issue. I think you might be exporting the skybox with your scene and thus the skybox is blocking you from seeing the rest.

Thank you for your help.

I finally found the problem, the skybox that was exported caused the camera zoom to be too far away from the scene so that you couldn’t see the objects.

With a scale on them or an export without the skybox it works normally.

Thanks again
