Artifacts with compressed .PLY Gaussian Splat file

Hello team,

I’m experiencing visual artifacts when loading a compressed .ply Gaussian Splatting file.

I have already done the following troubleshooting:

  1. The file works perfectly in other viewers like SuperSplat and StorySplat.

  2. I have updated my project to use the latest preview versions from the CDN.

The problem still persists, so it seems to be a bug in the loader.

I can provide the .ply file if needed, but since it’s a proprietary work file, I would prefer to share it privately.

Might be something with the sorting as well.

Do you have the uncompressed .ply available? Did you test it with Babylon.js sandbox?

Recent updates have improved quality. Let me know if you still have issues.
