I have some users on Windows 10 and 3ds max failing to load the Sandbox preview when exporting GLB files. Here is the error message in the browser.

Can I ask what server it is trying to access when this error is shown? Is this displayed in the browser itself, or in the console?
I assume the sandbox itself is loaded correctly? does it happen after you drop a .glb file? or when you try to export as glb?
