The same material, but one rendered abnormal
the tube and the box and the cylinder share the same material, but the tube is not shade the right color!I think maybe the is some error in my glb file. So I uploaded the raw blender file (133.9 KB)

To me it looks like the material and rendering is the same for both. And with a color picker I get the same values for faces having the same normal between the cube and the cylinder. Are you wondering why your cylinder is not smoothed? If that’s the case check the normals smoothing

The tube is flagged as using vertex colors but it does not have this attribute:
