I just found the material plugins and it is really a good feature, but it seems that material plugins not able to work with custom material, is it expected?
Material plugins are only supported by standard and PBR materials.

Nope, custom material are another way to express the same modularized idea and in NME, it is better to use blocks, as it is hard to find injection points that would be stable acrross various materials.

It seem we should use plugins as a better choice, avoid to use pbr custom material. They are familiar but plugins are more flexible
