Cant Get IK to Ever Work Correct

This has been an on going thing. Why cant I get a left and right arm IK system ever setup?

This is the most striped down I can think of to make it. The right arm works as intended but the left arm is doing whatever it wants.

I feel like there was a solution for this but I cant find it or remember what it was.

This was done by Adam initially but Iā€™m not sure he is still with us :frowning:

Changed the way I constructed them for now and this will work, I just need them to be a placeholder right now anyways.
