CharacterController collide with ground when in air sometimes if near the wall

I just changed jumpHeight, capsule size and start position from the document. As you can see you jump much lower than usual. After debug, I find that’s because the capsule is considered have collision with the ground, it only appears when near the wall in a few cases.

I’m courious why this will happen and how can I get rid of this? As settings is user defined in my case, change settings may not be considered.
