Not heard of these free 3D model kits before, so I downloaded the dungeon kit and imported some of the fbx files into Blender.
Yes they are lowpoly just use a single material that just uses a single texture that is just rectangles of different color gradients for all meshes. I found the UV mapping a little strange - but that may be because of the single material/texture.
You may have to re-scale some objects too. A key I imported into Blender was 0.8 meters long!!!

Kenney Assets and KayKit are very well known asset creators for games. You you are making games you should check them out. Game devs mostly use them for Unity projects as far I know but they work well with the wonderful BJS.
For the prototype above I used Blender to clear the objects and added animations as separated glb files.
My goal was to test animation blending, and deferred loading for models | animations.
