Gizmo Manager to support planar movements

Having Played around a bit more with the Gizmo Manager, I am loving it. At the same time, I wished there was a way it supported planar movements along with the axis, rotation etc.

I have managed to modify BJS to get what I wanted. I hope this can be default option.

Not being a developer, I didn’t want to mess around with the source code, but I do have the changes to pass on, if that is of any help.

Glad you are liking it and managed to modify it too your liking. Feel free to make a PR on the babylon github with this, others have asked for this but others said it makes the gizmo look too complicated so I’m fine with making it an option.
