I'm having some problems with OIT using WEBGPU mode

Since Depth Bias does not affect line and point primitives. · Issue #4729 · gpuweb/gpuweb · GitHub has been merged in the spec, it’s now an error to set a depth bias with LINE and POINT topologies. This PR will fix the problem in Babylon:
