Is Unity-Exporter open source?

Hello,
In the Github repository there seems to be only the “packaged” version.
I have not found source code anywere. Is this project open source?

Correct the new version is packaged as a unity package… the Assets/[Babylon] folder will contain any sources except my WebGL Canvas Tools (With GLTF Serialization). This is provided as CanvasTools.dll
