Issue with textures in Firefox (v140)

Hi all
I do not know exactly what version of Firefox broke it but the visualization of textures has changed recently. When the camera is “far” the textures look noisy, at intermediate distance they have blobs of clarity and noise (see photo) and at close distance the look good. This is not observed in chrome/edge.

this is from my website:

but is also visible on playground examples (try to go back and the bricks will show noise)

Anything that you guys are already aware? I guess this is on Firefox WebGL? Any fix ( noMipmapOrOptions=false does not help) or contact with the Firefox team?

Huh, the issue doesn’t appear to repro on Firefox (140.0.4) for Windows:

What’s your specific Firefox version and OS? And do you know which textures are affected?

Huh, interesting. Similar issues here: Firefox (latest), Win10. I thought my integrated Intel GPU is about to die. In my case it started here. But this “blue-issue” is gone now and for some time now I have been seeing a lot of broken textures (like colored noise, or what looks like randomised UVs). E.g. playground from above:

Firefox 140.0.4 (64 bits)
Windows 10
Intel HD 520

I can not repro either on my hardware win10 ff 140 You should open a ticket on the mozilla side as it might be a driver issue.
