MacBook scrolling hell

Hello There!

Guys, I have a question, but it’s not about Babylon) I’m working on a project using BabylonJS and I’ve encountered a problem.

On the MacBook touchpad, wheel events are sent when we scroll the page, and there is a slowdown. When you remove your finger from the sensor (which sends events as if it were a mouse), events continue to be sent with deltaY, which slow down for a significant time (even up to 2 seconds). So, I want to find a way to detect when the user actually removes their finger from the touchpad at the moment it happens. Has anyone encountered this issue or have any ideas on how to deal with it?

I asked pi.ai.

I hope it works.

Thanks, this may help. I fixed the problem in a different way. But maybe your solution can be more elegant
