It seems to be using react and, as I mentioned in my answer to your previous question, it is simply layering/composing prerendered alpha transparent PNG images. Take a look at it in Chrome dev tools.

the finish that it has gives it a 3d perspective and i see three.js in the elements
Do I need to sign up to see that? I’m not seeing that option but maybe I haven’t gone far enough with it.
naah its a open site just upload a picture and it will give you option of make up and stuff
