Obj mesh loading basic

I want to load an obj file and make it behave like mesh builder.
I want to capture it in a variable just like PG
We see that var sphere is given a position.y .

This is possible as MeshBuilder is returning the object which is assigned to sphere variable.
What shall I do in order to load a custom obj model, say the stanford bunny.
I want let bunny = <...SOME_LOADER_CODE...>

Later I want to do transformation on it just like sphere, through bunny.position.y = <>, etc
This PG is an example for glb loading, but I am unable to give it transformation just like the sphere.
Please help me out.
