Is there any “hidden” collaboration pipeline for Babylon.js?
If not, it would be very useful for collaboration teams to work intandem & real-time.

Nope not that I know of at least, but you maybe could do a fork of the playground and add websockets to your version or something.
It says the the editor is “designed to work perfectly with VSCode”:

Unfortunately there is no any collaborative feature in the editor except working with git as usual.
Collaborative edition is in my plans but will not come soon for sure. This requires a lot of work and architecture (client and server sides)
