UV trouble with matching two sides

Hey! i’m stuck with UV - two sides (back and front) don’t match each other

for creating mesh we use Cinema4D and for texturing - Substance Painter. We checked after baking the texture in Cinema4d and Blender - texture and render - ok. For export in babylon i use 3.1 Blender and last script from gitHub. What i doing wrong?

Why not exporting a glb from blender ?

will it prevent errors with the uv?

Our gltf support is pretty extensive, so at least it could help pin point the issue
