Why my MergeMeshes breaks MultiMaterial?

I created a gable roof and want to return it as a single mesh with multi materials. But the result is off if i enable the last merge step. You can see it still has multiple material in it, but one of the edge now applied with wrong material. What did i miss here? Thanks in advance!
