3ds Max: OSL BitmapLookup Support for GLTF exports

Recent versions of Max (2019 and newer) have a new kind of bitmap option that allows for greater control over individual channel usage, allowing for usage of the individual RGB channels of things like metallic-roughness maps without having to manually split them.

Seems to go hand in hand with GLTF, so it would be useful to be able to take advantage of this.

This seems a bit complex to export to gltf as I do not think the spec supports individual channels so far
