Does anybody know how to load a .glb from itch io?
It doesn’t want to serve me like this:

I use itchio, too, and do not do anything special. Everything goes though Babylon’s AssetManager :thinking:

No wait, are you loading from a 3rd party domain (i.e. not uploaded to the itchio server)? If you manage to get this working please share :money_mouth_face: But I have a bad feeling about it due to their restrictive security settings (understandably).

If you decide to stick with itchio and use their servers for assets, check out Butler. It is their CLI tool to automate deployment of assets.

Cool I think I got it workin’.
It’s just a flat .zip file it likes, no ‘/assets/’ folder substructure.

@RaananW The Game Of Life is a killer ‘theme(challenge)’, but pretty heady for an already daunting undertaking (‘spin’ is basically the polar opposite xd). I also think using the itch platform might help a with necessary organization and ideally catching stray eyeballs. It’s nice you can upload right to there also. Need enough people in the mood.

We will use a highly sophisticated RNG to find the winner . Or just use Math.random() :slight_smile:
