Babylonjs got faster?

I was working on a project a while ago, the polycount was high on mobile and I was getting like 25-30fps. It’s been a month since then, but I just checked now and I’m getting a stable 60fps :exploding_head:, I didn’t change anything. Anyone able to check what fps you’re getting on your mobile device?

On my xiaomi 12S, it is 103 FPS.

whoa! Nice!

Thanks!

Maybe your device was in energy saving mode? Safari, for example, throttles cpu and you get 30fps in such case.

i thought that was the case, but i am at 16% battery power now and the scene still runs at something like 55-60fps, im on a samsung device btw. I have power saving mode on

Which Samsung?

From Samsung S24 Ultra get 120FPS(After a while, it gets 60fps as if it goes back to energy saving mode => When a focusing event occurs, it changes back to 120fps.)
and
in case(energy saving mode) get 60FPS

I am on samsung s22 ultra, gen 1.

hmm

mine doesn’t reach 120 fps, its a gen 1 snapdragon compared to s24 which is a gen3 but I wonder why it goes to power saving mode if you’re already charging it lol.
