Baked Texture Animation plays animation too fast at first

Using baked texture animation for skeletal animation plays the animation too fast once in the beginning. What can be done to avoid it ?

It is not playing the animation but bake the skeleton data to a texture for later use.
You may save the texture locally or some hack way to not show this:
