Blender animation export appears warped inside of sandbox

I’m a beginner in BJS. I modelled a simple character and made a single (also very simple) animation. Dropping my exported .babylon file into the bjs sandbox produces this output. it looks like the skeleton is offset from the mesh, which makes the vertices appear warped and the animation unrecognizable. What did I mess up? here is the model including the .manifest and .log files

Solution: When in blender, I had to select my mesh and press CTRL+A and click on “all transforms” to bake the skeleton transformation matrix onto the mesh vertices.

I found this solution in this old post from 2014. The model and animation now displays correctly.
