Crystalline Bliss - Release 1.0

It’s been a while since I have posted anything. I am happy to share that I am now a full time software engineer working at 3D Cloud. I get to work with Babylon.Js and procedural geometry so that is pretty cool.

Anyway I would like to share the first full release of Crystalline Bliss. A game made with Babylon.Js and my voxel engine. I have basically done a full re-write of the entire game as well many deep changes to the voxel engine itself and other libraries.

Most of the mechanics are the same expect the winner is determined by who has the most points at the end not just who game overs last. So the game is actually a lot harder. I also made the computer players way too good and invented a “personality” system to make them chose different ways of playing instead of just chasing high scores.

I am working on a Linux version of the game which will hopefully be released this week so that it can be played on Steam Deck. I have it working just need to polish some things up.

The next version will feature at least 7 new levels with different beings and a challenge tower mode where you play against them.
