Hi guys, I just did a talk / tutorial on 3D workflows to web 3D environments at the Global XR conference.
Went through the process of exporting a bunch of assets different assets use in web XR environments with a particular focus on my web 3d engine of choice Babylon JS.
Yeah I know that the Babylon exporter for Maya was just announced that it would be discontinued but I was working on this for a few weeks prior to the news. This is coming from a 3D artist / animators pov of how to get out assets from our DCC to the web and if we’ve got a native exporter from Maya I’ll definitely revisit this and do some more testing.
