Hello, and I have some questions regarding how to composite reflections onto a non-metallic PBR material. The appearance of the surface becomes quite a bit darker when attached to a reflection probe, and it is not clear to me how the layers are being composited. Objects with 100% metalness (which won’t show any albedo) appear as expected.
This playground shows what I am seeing:
Both objects sets of objects have the same material parameters, but the left is attached to a reflection probe. I am going to look through the shader source, to see if I can understand better how the reflection is being applied this case.
