Shader Patching Instances of 2 Mesh GLB Character

I am attempting to make 4 sets of instances , position them randomly and add different tints.
I eventually intend to incorporate uv offsets.

The instance sets are not positioning properly.

Unrelated : I am currently using a setTimeout hack.
