I installed the Babylon plugin for 3ds Max 2024, but every time I open 3ds Max, these dialog boxes keep popping up, and the plugin doesn’t appear to be properly installed in the program. I’ve tried almost every version of the plugin, but the same issue occurs each time.

Can you please try to use the installer from release 20250428.5, make sure to uninstall all current installed version from your system. Make sure that the Path that is shown in the installer matches the path where your 3ds Max is installed.
Can you please send the text from the installer’s “Log” tab after your installation is done?
I cleared the previous installation files and installed the version you mentioned, but it still has the same issue.I don’t know how to get the installation logs, here is the information I can provide:

The installation method I used before was to directly copy the installation files to the assemblies folder in 3Dmax. Now I can install it successfully using the installation program method
