What is Babylon Editor?

Guys what is this Babylon Editor.Here I mean,i m new to babylon and I ve seen it first time today,i ve seen official tutorials of babylonjs on its official YT channel,didnt hear of it anywhere,no body talks abt it,every body talks about Node Material Editor,PlayGround and SandBox,I m curious to know what is its importance,what can we do in it,and if it is important which it seems to be,then why no body give it importance?
