Official AR display case failed to open

May I ask how to open the AR case of babylonjs, or what conditions are required? When I scan the official AR case with my phone, it shows that the device does not support the Ar function. What is the reason? Does everyone encounter the same problem when opening this case on their phone?
My personal phone model is Huawei Honor AQM-AL00 HarmonyOS, 3.0.0

Some devices and OS don’t support AR. Some browsers don’t as well. Android, in general, supports AR on chromium-based browsers.

Also, an interesting issue when entering the scene the first time - entering XR sessions requires first approval from a user, and sometimes results in an error, so you need to try a second time.

I assume you are using the playground, otherwise - make sure you use a secure context.

However, if the device/browser doesn’t support AR, it will be impossible to use AR on this specific device. What error are you getting?

This is the issue that my phone prompted after running the Playground case in practice

This is the link to a specific case:

That means that your system does not naively support ar sessions in WebXR.
You might be able roo unnatural Google AR services, if they are available for you, but from experience, some devices simply don’t support the standard.
