In version 7.10.2, the maximum frame rate is 35, which is inconsistent with the frame rate of the browser console.
I have around 100 FPS with this link - Babylon.js Sandbox - View glTF, glb, obj and babylon files
Same no problem on my side

Sorry, I restarted the machine and the frame rate returned to normal
