Hey guys, amazing news! Can’t wait for version 6 I’d love to feature something from https://bitbybit.dev on this video. These are few suggestions/submissions in case you’d be interested:

I could make super short video showing some project in action
Or there could just be short excerpt from these youtube videos:
I have a special request. Please stop posting all these amazing projects or make sure to leave some gaps in them . I need a window to have my ‘spaghetti art’ project featured for at least 200ms (which I would consider an improvement over the 50ms my last project showed-up in the v5 video ) …Of course, I will likely deliver it with a comfortable margin for integration, on March 14th @ about 10pm
Whaaat 6.0 already? I feel like I’ve slept through whole year I’m working on a personal project that simulates rigidbody dynamics and fluids and renders them in Babylon. But I don’t think it’ll be ready by even end of March
What kind of sumbission you guys are looking for? Are we talking about an online working website/app? Or can it be prerecorded video? In case video is also ok - what resolution (1080p?) and fps (24/25/30?).
I believe it can be a video. I was thinking I could do that with a bit of AE to push the mud under the carpet … but no, I guess it should rather be real footage but you can make it just a video. For the resolution, make it the best you can although I think it will in fine be turned into full HD.
So many amazing projects in this thread - we’d love to be featured alongside them!
The VR Hive have developed Sports XR, a VR tool to aid in the learning of university students of the Sports Conditioning and Biomechanics module. It has been developed to replace the current learning resource for visualising biomechanics during sports tasks.
@PirateJC : I don’t know if you have a theme for the video (last year’s theme seemed to be space). Anyway below there is an image from a project that I am working on. Basically it is a story telling game that features audio, was created in Blender (v3.3) using the latest @JCPalmer exporter of .babylon files(v 3.3.1).
The project so far is done with all free software (Audacity, Blender, GIMP) and version Babylon.js v5.49.2. - so almost to v5.0.
I wanted to share our latest website project with the community and get your feedback. The site is designed for e-commerce purposes and we used Babylonjs.
Additionally, for the babylon.js 6.0 release video submission, we recorded some gameplay on the dedalium website, on some random websites, and also on the official babylon.js website!
When the babylon.js 6.0 release video is out, all our players will be able to find a special game object on the video location!!
We use Babylon.js to power the front-end, coupled with Vue and a couple of other nifty tools. I think the main redeeming features of what we’re doing are…
Hundreds of full body avatars (tons of data points per person) in a single instance
Vue powered window manager on top of Babylon.js
Real-time environment (the server never has to reboot, all state is persisted)
Visual scripting (WIP)
Full Babylon.js tool hook-ins to edit worlds in real-time
We want virtual worlds to be accessible and maintainable by everyone, from organizations to individuals. That’s what Vircadia is all about.
P.S. be sure to max out the graphics settings (options are in the upper right corner) for the best visual experience.
